With over 20-year experience in the luxury and ultraluxury travel industry as well as destination management and marketing, Maria G. Tuttocuore founded Unica Journeys. After graduating from college, Maria G. Tuttocuore started working in the travel industry in Italy and never looked back. Tourism became such a passion that she went to the US to pursue a master degree in Tourism and Travel Management at New York University. She matured further experience collaborating with the Leading Hotels of the World and the New York State Department of Tourism. She did some consulting for New York University and Phocuswright before finally joining the Monaco Government Tourist Office where she covered a range of positions and collaborated with the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer (Monte Carlo Casino, Hôtel de Paris, Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort), the Hôtel Metropole Monte-Carlo, the Fairmont Monte Carlo, Le Méridien Beach Plaza, and the Columbus Monte-Carlo. She also worked with the Consulate General of Monaco in the US, the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, the Princess Grace Foundation, the Princess Charlene Foundation, and IGLTA to name a few. Maria G. Tuttocuore has developed a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, and a sincere interest in sustainability and inclusivity, advocating for their gradual and consistent integration in the tourism industry.
